Ayra is a pulse-oximeter device for chronic respiratory diseases. It is a portable device which synchronizes with the smartphone, providing users with comprehensive reports of their vital signs.
The device is fully integrated into the users’ lives, thanks to its customization options. Ayra means the future generation of smart jewellery and wearables, leaving behind the traditional non-user-friendly health devices.
For this project I collaborated with a doctor for the Ramón y Cajal Hospital (Madrid, Spain) and we are currently developing a funcional prototype in partnership with IOON.

Beyond the BA Final Project
The Rey Juan Carlos University (Madrid, Spain) selected this project to represent the University in the 7th Latin American Design Biennale (BID) exhibition that took place in October 2017 in Madrid.
